AL-HADI Electronics ki website istemal karne ka shukriya. Is website par access aur shopping karne se aap hamari darj zail sharaait (Terms of Service) par amalaawari ko qabool karte hain.

1. General Conditions (Aam Sharaait):

  • Hum kisi bhi waqt bina kisi paishgi ittala ke kisi ko bhi service dene se inkaar karne ka haq mahfooz rakhte hain.

  • Aap AL-HADI Electronics ki website par kisi bhi ghair kanooni ya unauthorized maqsad ke liye istemal nahi kar sakte.

2. Products & Pricing (Aashya Aur Unki Keemat):

  • Price Changes: Products ki qeematein bina kisi notice ke badli ja sakti hain.

  • Stock Availability: Tamam orders stock ki mojudgi se mashroot hain. Agar koi item out of stock ho jaye toh hum aap ko raste me hi inform kar dein ge.

  • Product Colors & Specifications: Hum koshish karte hain ke products ki images aur details 100% accurate hon, lekin display screens ki wajah se minor shade difference ho sakta hai.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification:

  • Order Confirmation: Fake orders aur delivery failure se bachne ke liye hum har Cash on Delivery order ko WhatsApp ya Phone Call ke zariye verify karte hain.

  • Order Cancellation: Hum kisi bhi waqt ghair-tasdeeq shuda ya mashkook orders ko cancel karne ka haq rakhte hain.

4. Delivery & Shipping:

  • Deliveries courier services (jaise TCS, Trax, Leopards wagaira) ke zariye poori ki jati hain.

  • Normal delivery time 3 se 5 working days hota hai. Weather, halaat ya courier delay ki wajah se late hona humare control se bahar ho sakta hai.

5. Return & Replacement:

  • Return aur Exchange sirf hamari Return & Exchange Policy ke mutabiq ho sakta hai. 7 dino ke andar kisi bhi defect ya damage ki surat me unboxing video / pictures provide karna lazmi hai.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • AL-HADI Electronics ke logo, product graphics, website designs, aur written material par hamari ownership hai. Is ko bina ijazat commercial use ke liye copy karna mana hai.
