7-Days Easy Return & Exchange Policy

AL-HADI Electronics par hamari koshish hoti hai ke aap ko 100% original aur behtreen quality products milein. Agar aap ko aap ke order me koi issue ya defect milta hai, toh hum aap ko 7 Days Easy Return & Exchange ki facility dete hain.

1. Return / Exchange Ke Conditions:

Aap ka product niche diye gaye cases me exchange ya return ho sakta hai:

  • Product damaged ya defective receive hua ho.

  • Product wo na ho jo aap ne order kiya tha (Wrong Item Sent).

  • Item me koi technical fault ho jo arrival par pata chale.

Note: Product complete original packaging, box, accessories, aur tags ke saath hona lazmi hai.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Physical damage jo customer ki taraf se istemal ke baad hua ho.

  • Products jinki original box ya accessories gum ho chuki hon.

3. Return Proccess Step-by-Step:

  1. Report Karein: Order receive hone ke 7 dino ke andar hamare WhatsApp Number (03190244123) ya Email (alhadielectronics780@gamil.com) par contact karein.

  2. Proof Provide Karein: Parcel open karte waqt ki ek choti si Unboxing Video ya Damaged Product ki clear pictures send karein.

  3. Dispatch Karein: Hamare support team ke confirm karne ke baad, product ko hamare warehouse address par send kar dein.

  4. Replacement / Refund: Verification ke baad aap ko 3 se 5 working days me replacement dispatch kar diya jaye ga ya aap ke EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Account me refund transfer kar diya jaye ga.

4. Delivery Charges:

  • Agar fault hamari taraf se ho (Damaged/Wrong Item), toh return delivery charges hum pay karein ge.

  • Agar customer apni kisi personal preference ki wajah se exchange chahta ho, toh courier delivery charges customer ko pay karne honge.
